On October 27, 2014, at the PMU-USTH office at Hoa Lac Hi-tech park (HHTP), the PMU-USTH has held the Pre-proposal conference for “Project Management and Supervision for Construction” (PMSC) package. The conference aimed at providing sufficient and accurate information for shortlisted consultants on the USTH development project, the characteristics of the site at HHTP and at addressing the consultants’ questions regarding the Request for proposal and helping the consultants prepare their proposals.
The representatives of the Ministry of Education and Training, the HHTP Management board, the Direction board, consultants and staff of the PMU-USTH as well as the 05 shortlisted consultants have attended the conference.

PMU with the contractors took a site visit at Project area to understand the characteristics of weather, climate, geology, topography and surrounding construction works. At the conference, contractors were provided with information on legal framework, the characteristics of the USTH development project and clarification of contents regarding the Request for proposal.
