On March 27th 2015, PMU-USTH cooperated with the selected firm (Cung Loi Co.,Ltd) sucessfully held the groundbreaking ceremony of the boundary fence on the project site. The representatives of the Artillery Command, the People's Committee of Thach That District and the Board of Director of PMU-USTH joined this event.
The construction of the boundary fence, which is expected to finished by Q1.2016 aims at protecting the project site from re-occupation and supporting for other construction packages which have been approved to be implemented on the project site in Procurement Plan 2014-2015.
