On March 10, 2014, at ADB Vietnam Resident Mission Office, PMU-USTH had a meeting with Mr. Anders Pettersson, ADB’s Senior Specialist of Procurement about the New guidelines of ADB on the consultant selection, prequalification of international competitive bidding of 02 construction procurement packages and some other issues on the geological survey packages (GSCD) and Architecture Design Competition of the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (AEC).
