On the 14th and 15th November and 5 days from 26th to 30th November, PMU-USTH held a Procurement Training Course for all the staff and consultants, which was lectured by Dr. Nguyen Viet Hung, and a Construction Project Management, which was lectued by Dr. Nguyen Cong Khoi and Dr Nguyen Ba Vy.
The course aimed to provide the PMU’s staff and consultants with basic knowledge about Vietnamese procurement procedures and construction project management, especially for projects using ODA fund.
The course not only provides the PMU the knowledge needed to do the right things and do the current job well but also helps to improve the capacity of the PMU’s staff and consultants for new challenges in the next phases of the project.
