The Ministry of
Education and Training (MOET) and the World Bank (WB) on August 18 held a
meeting in Hanoi , to seek ways to develop scientific research in
Vietnam , especially for the education sector.
Scientific research plays an important
role for the educational sector, especially for universities, Deputy
Prime Minister and MOET Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan said.
